Apartment Community Leasing Manager (Morgantown)

We have an immediate opening for an experienced, energetic Leasing Manager for a large apartment community in Morgantown. Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service skills with several years’ experience in residential property management.

The Leasing Manager will focus on generating prospect traffic through marketing and community outreach. Will maintain good customer relations with residents and prospective residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.

Duties Include:

Leasing apartments; generating prospect traffic through marketing efforts which include Craig’s List postings, community outreach, brokers, and property tours

Following up on leads, shopping the competition, and assisting with preparation of leasing reports, sales and marketing plans

Providing exceptional resident service to current and prospective residents

Explaining amenities, pricing and closing leases

Processing incoming lease applications, running credit verifications, tracking all prospective residents

Preparing lease and move-in documentation, conducting lease signings

Coordinating move ins and move outs

Performing a variety of property management office functions as requested by the Community Manager.
