Big D Floor Covering Supplies is a leading wholesale supplier to the flooring installation trade. We have locations in five States across the Southwest. We are experiencing big growth and need a Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate for our Yuma branch.
The ideal candidate is consistent, energetic and willing to learn. We work in a fast-paced wholesale/retail warehouse environment, serving flooring installation contractors. In this position, you will interact with and get to know loyal customers as well as co-workers. You will also assist with warehouse duties. It's a physically demandingyou'll be on your feet all daybut rewarding job.

Job Requirements:
· Must be able to handle and maneuver a variety of materialssingle items weighing up to 75 lbs and pallets (utilizing pallet jack) weighing up to 2,000 lbs.
· Must have high school diploma or equivalent (Ex: GED)
· Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
· Must have legal right or authorization to work in the United States
Additional qualities considered an advantage:
· Experience operating forklift and/or pallet jack
· Attention to detail
ꞏ Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
Core Job Duties
· Interacting with customers to take orders for products
· Assisting customers with technical questions about products
· Entering and finalizing customer orders
· Preparing and placing special order requests with our Purchasing Dept
· Pulling product from warehouse for customers
· Stocking products in showroom
· Cleaning and organizing showroom
· Assist the warehouse with duties.
