$100 a night perdiem when working out of town

We normally do 4-10 hour work days Mon-Thu(7:30-5:30). In season we go to 5-10s on Fri, LOTS OF OT & weekends off!

Paid week off to start (Christmas to New Years), 2 weeks off after 2 years, 3 after 3.

We are looking for people to operate zero turn mowers, learn our jobs, procedures, and train to become tractor, transport operators.

Zero turn operators perform mowing, trimming, edging, litter pickup, and equipment maintenance.

Our company normally works 4 - 10 hour days (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday). Overtime may be required on Fridays occasionally at the height of the season.

We make 2 and 3 day runs to Jacksonville (transport provided) every 3 weeks in season (April to November) and you will receive an additional $100 a night for lodging (Rooms we stay at run about $65 a night. Pair up and split the room cost with another employee to make the most money or get a room for yourself).

We only do the big and rough stuff (Airports, Highways, Vacant lots) no lawns, hedges, or weed pulling. Work with experienced professionals while getting paid some of the best wages in the business. We provide a paid week off Christmas to New Years, annual wage increases, and more paid leave days after your second year. Uniforms are supplied. If you demonstrate the ability to excel you will be trained as a tractor/transport operator. We also have self paced training courses that teach our procedures and the skills of our trade. Pass the courses and get a raise! Promotions with pay increases are also available to those who demonstrate leadership skills.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

APPLICANT MUST HAVE A VALID FLORIDA DRIVERS LICENSE (that can be insured through our provider) - NO EXCEPTIONS, must be over 18, physically fit and able to withstand working in heat and rain, own transportation to get to work, and a cell phone with unlimited minutes (or willing to purchase same on hire). Zero Tolerance Drug Free Work Place. Applicants must agree to and pass our extremely thorough back ground check.
