Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Material Management Support Analyst to be part of the Bomber Subcontract Requirement Engineering (SRE) – Material Management team located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.The successful candidate will analyze and gather data from different systems, coordinate with multiple functions, report to program and customer, develop mitigation plans to ensure parts/material meet program schedule. This role will have an emphasis is tracking and resolving Material Management / parts issues for B-1, B-2, B-52 platforms.Join us and you can build something better for yourself, for our customers and for the world.Position responsibilities:Researches, analyzes, and compiles complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle

Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product

Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives

Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools

Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies

Tracking of parts, services and software through the lifecycle of the program.

Present to program and customer parts status, risks, mitigation plans

Works under minimal direction

Coordinate with other functions within the program (Engineering, Logistics, Supplier Management, Program Management and Contracts)

Identify and implement improvements throughout the program

Support systems/specialty engineers in defining requirements, performing analyses, and controlling associated data and information

T his position allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. On-site work will be at a minimum of 3 days per week.Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements :This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.Basic qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)Technical degree in a related field of study and 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)

Ability to obtain a US government security clearance.

Preferred qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)Experience using GOLD and I-GOLD software applications

Typical Education/Experience:Technical bachelor’s degree andtypically 5 or more years’ related workexperience or a Master’s degree withtypically 3 or more years’ or a PhDdegree or an equivalent combinationof education and experience. Atechnical degree is defined as any fouryear degree, or greater, in amathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
