Medical Assistant / Licensed Practical Nurse (Missoula)

Western Montana Clinic is seeking an energetic Medical Assistant or LPN for one or more of our outpatient clinics. By submitting your application/resume you will be considered for all open Medical Assistant or LPN positions. Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train an individual that possesses the following traits:

Duties that may be performed include, but not limited to:

Patient intake (including vitals, histories, medication reconciliation, and allergies)

Performing point of care testing such as strep screens, mono testing, etc

Performing injections

Ordering testing

Ordering medications

Phlebotomy

Phone work (including calling patients with results, answering patient questions, arranging referrals)?

Documenting and recording data in an Electronic Health Record
