Drug Rehab Center Employee Whistleblower-Rewards (Cincinnati-Metro)

We seek to hear from an employee of a drug-alcohol rehab center who was proof their employer is over billing Medicaid-Medicare for medical treatments that never happened such as providing the patient with suboxone, methadone are other drugs-and or for billing Medicaid-Medicare for individual or group counseling sessions that never happened. To be eligible the drug rehab center employee must have seen these types of practices occurring on a significant basis for at least two years and they must still be employed by the facility in the event we need additional information.
