Please contact us directly.4 yrs experience requiredsJOB DESCRIPTION:Our Fortune 500 client in Jersey City, NJ seeks one (1) Agile Business Analyst/Product Owner to collaborate with other areas of Business Architecture and identify areas for process optimization and re-engineering.In this role, the selected candidate will be the central point of contact between the automation configuration team and business process SMEs and will work with the business units to gather and refine existing process documentation and conduct reviews with process SMEs to evaluate, prioritize, and create a roadmap for future process automation.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Analyzes and clearly documents business process requirements for the automation build including exception handling scenarios and process metrics such as volumes, SLAs and cycle times
- Able to conduct interviews with subject matter experts (functional/technical), sponsors, and participating organizations prior to and during business architecture development
- Gathers and reviews existing process documentation with process SMEs
- Converting requirements into user stories and participate in agile delivery methodology
- Works with business process SMEs to identify potential reengineering opportunities to streamline the use of automation (e.g., use of an application interface vs. a user screen)

- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
