The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of requisitions. The ideal candidate can source and attract diverse candidates supporting both our corporate and business teams. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to drive the talent acquisition process, provide strategic consulting to the business on process and compliance, and set expectations. Also, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and execute sourcing/recruiting plans to identify and hire talent. This position will also support the pipeline of qualified talent to ensure a great candidate experience. Last, this person should have excellent relationship management skills to support the organization's long-term strategic talent acquisition needs.Must haves: Must have 500+ connections on Linkedin2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience across various disciplines.Must have great phone presence and be energetic and team orientedBachelor's degreeExtensive experience developing and executing comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans.Experience in Boolean search strings and knowledge on sourcing resumes, data mining, and internet researchKnowledge and experience navigating an Applicant Tracking System.Skills are a Plus: 4 years' experience Recruiting with 1 year in a Corporate talent environment2 years of experience recruiting and sourcing candidates Sales1-year experience creating presentations and presenting them to groups of 10 or morePrior experience sourcing talent for Manager and Direct level positionsExceptional track record and proven success in a competitor's environment.Proven ability to interface with all levels within the organizational hierarchy from staff to executive levelPrior experience working in SAP SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking SystemAbout Matlen SilverExperience Matters.
