• Perform day-to-day Power App administration and production support, including workflows, changes, and creation/updates to templates, notifications, new app builds, enhancements
• Answer questions about system performance and any workflow issues
• Serve as functional Subject Matter Expert for Power Apps and Power Automate
• Maintain and ensure HR app security and visibility rights are properly governed
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and document app requirements for all enhancements
• Prioritize enhancement efforts across global HR stakeholders to manage global processes

• 2 years + experience with ServiceNow HRSD
• 2 years + experience with Microsoft Power Apps
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word)
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience with SuccessFactors another HRM System is a plus
• Highly organized and motivated with demonstrated ability to manage tasks and multiple priorities
• Ability to work within a globally cross-functional team environment
• Ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources and develops/recommends/implements solutions
