Our client is looking for a Finance BA Lead for a 12+ months contract opportunity. This will be onsite opportunity in Bridgewater NJ or Hopewell, NJThis is a immediate need and they want someone to interview immediately. Effective and good communication is required as the professional will work together with a team of multi-skilled and multi-grade individuals from Business and IT to develop a solution that meets business requirements, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities:Subject Matter Expert on SAP S/4HANA Template for Finance ProcessBuilding strong partnerships with business at different levels of the organization to understand Business's needs, connect with Corporate Finance Projects to ensure alignment on common design, track dependencies, etcBusiness requirements analysis for Finance ProcessCreating Epics/Features/Business User Stories/Technical User Stories for Finance ProcessWork with Busines Product Owners to Define Acceptance Criteria for Finance ProcessPrioritize user stories and story points in partnership with Business Product Owner, PLO, and TSUnderstands development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements (User Stories Points, Sprints, etc)Track JIRA reports (Burndown charts, etc), and reports to PMO and PLOPartners with Scrum Master and Scrum Team to estimate development effortParticipate in the Daily Stand-up meeting with SCRUM Team to support integration decisionsReports back to the Business Product Owner on status of the delivery of features, functionality, and applicationsMotivate and inspire the team to both deliver on agreed plans and to continuously improve, innovate and exceedEnsure full compliance and alignment to all SDLC, SOX, GxP, and regulatory requirementsSupervision of compliance activities like Disaster Recovery, Internal and External AuditsProvide ERP leadership for ERP integration activities such as technology assessments, Phase 0 activities, business process/analysis oversight, among others.Drive requirement review sessions with stakeholders to develop/deliver MVP requirement, testing strategy, system landscape planning, error handling process, and final project objectives (FPOs). Own and drive the functional requirements for the end-to-end ERP Integration deployments supporting the overall ERP Digital Transformation strategyResponsible for ensuring project scope/deliverables are executed in accordance with product line and enterprise processes; ensuring all projects deployments are delivered meeting scope, cost, quality, technology and scheduling requirements.Partner with Technology Services (TS) team to resolve issues and change management within a standard governance structure; Call out risk management to handle issues and risks at program level.Monitor the progress of program components to ensure overall goals, schedule, budget, and benefits of the program are achieved.Ensure compliance to all J&J processes and standards.Be a liaison between technical team and the BA Lead for any related GET Wave 3 discussion.Have very good communication and presentation skills.Previous experience as People Manager.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required in the field of Computer Science or business-related field preferred.• Minimum of 6+ years of total business experience and/or IT industry is required.• At least 1 year of experience in ERP implementation and solution design across multiple ERP platforms (SAP, JDE, PRMS) required.• Strong SAP knowledge is required• SAP S/4HANA knowledge is preferred • Understanding of Supply Chain Finance processes and capabilities required.• Working knowledge in the management of GxP and SOX validated systems preferred.• Direct experience leading supply chain projects with Software Validation (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe, etc) preferred• Knowledge of TS services (e.g. QCSV, SQA, ISRM, PMx) is preferred.• Strong organization and results orientation skills are required. • Consistent track record in executing complex projects from start to finish required.• Ability to effectively communicate across teams and partners and to inspire trust in vision & strategic goals is required.• Proven experience working with senior leaders and gaining stakeholder alignment required.• Experience identifying process requirements for business units and supporting IT strategies is required.• Demonstrated abilities to generate winning outcomes from difficult conversations.• Capable to approach opportunities to give and receive feedback with a growth mindset.• Experience gaining support from key stakeholders within and outside the organization to drive cohesive business and IT strategies.Experience with large enterprise capabilities (EDG/EDL, RPA, Data Analytics, etc).Project/Program Management experience delivering large scale projects from concept through delivery and operations is required. Location:Role will be based in Bridgewater or Hopewell, NJ (USA).Given that peers and stakeholders are in multiple locations, this role must be willing to adapt to flexible schedule to meet time-zone requirements.
