- You will have an opportunity to work on a variety of technologies, architectures and projects involving cross-functional teams
- You will also have an opportunity to help define and improve the customer experience.
- Work closely with the development, infrastructure and operations teams on software releases specific to the experience products & services
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable services.
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues with new and existing tooling and frameworks
- Identify automation opportunities to improve existing processes
- Help maintain code quality, organization and automation
- Adept in Python, SQL, JavaScript, knowledge of SQL is plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in designing and maintaining a UX, middle tier and API integration.
- Proven python coding skills to move and transform data from multiple sources to a data store/warehouse
- Good to have statistics knowledge, such as hypothesis testing, experimental design and sample size determination
- Excellent presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways for leadership and peers
- Creativity to engineer novel features and signals, and to push beyond current tools and approaches
- 3-5 years of experience within the financial services industry
- Experience of DevOps process
- Experience of working in Agile setup
- Knowledge of AI/NLP a plus but not necessary
