We're excited to meet you!About the RoleAs a Partner Engagement Representative, you'll engage with new and existing partners and identify strategic projects to increase revenue, market share, and profitability. You'll support the customer directly and assist with order processing, returns, price list, and serve as an escalation point for a larger vendor team. Our innovative and rapidly growing Next-Generation Technology Solutions Business provides the tools, resources and team members to simplify the delivery of Cloud, Data & IoT solutions to our partners to help create a seamless end-to-end process for our customers.   • Enable current customers through training, webinars, and vendor support to grow the frequency (number of orders) and yield (average amount per order) of current resellers
  • Provide internal and external customer service for matters including order processing, returns, vendor product information and programs
  • Serve as an escalation resource for quick and efficient problem resolution
  • Manage outbound calls to increase TD SYNNEX's market share
  • Manage special projects to improve the customer experience in areas like order efficiency, new markets etc.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate clearly, work with a team, and interact effectively with all levels of management in a multi-cultural setting, including conflict resolution
  • Able to identify customer needs and develop action plans to address.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Able to use relevant computer system applications
