Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Product Owner in Digital Identification and Traceability! In this role, you will be accountable for assisting the scoping activities for new compliance regulations (UDI and Serialization) and modifications to existing regulations. You will work with other DI&T team members, vendors, IT, and multiple functional representatives, as well as business partners from the operating companies participating in the translation the regulation into actionable steps to ensure compliance with the regulation! The J&J Supply Chain is an integrated, global supply chain that serves the needs of the 1 billion people who use J&J products each and every day around the world. We manufacture more than 26 billion product units per year, from raw component sourcing to end product distribution as efficiently and effectively as possible with high quality, compliance and service performance. Our supply chain organization makes up 45% of all J&J employees, and includes 125 internal manufacturing plants, manages 581 external manufacturers, utilizes 459 distribution centers, partners with over 3700 direct suppliers, produces over 300,000 sku’s. Key Responsibilities: Handle multiple compliance (UDI & Serialization) projects simultaneously.

Own and handle end-to-end activities including strategy, planning, phase zero efforts, and finance requirements; support execution.

Ensure multi-functional coordination of all scoping activities (business requirements, cost estimation, Capital Appropriation Request development) for all new regulations and modifications to existing regulations.

Work with multi-functional partners (e.g., vendors, IT, data management, finance and franchises) to appropriately engage partners to collect business requirements and compliance with existing business & technology process.

Own all identification & understanding of data elements for each regulation; ensure alignment/harmonization across all other existing regulations.

Engage Regulatory Affairs and Operating Companies to interpret components of the ruling and develop processes to develop future state processes that drive compliance.

Create and deliver training and presentations to project teams and internal customers.

Participate in and provide leadership for specific project teams within this program.

Stay ahead of of new/existing Serialization and UDI regulations and pending regulations for other countries; work with local country teams and industry associations to engage regulators and provide feedback.

Work with Organizational Change Management and Communications team members to develop appropriate documents for internal and external partners.

Support global leadership team in activities related to global strategy, tactical actions and financial management

Partner with regional teams to prioritize regional portfolio for implementations, and drive regional/local engagement.

Find opportunities for value creation for the business and customers/partners; implement them as prioritized.

QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor’s Degree or University equivalent is required, MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

4+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years experience supporting large, multi-functional projects that include a technology component.

Experience working in regulated, healthcare environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.

Demonstrated knowledge of key project management technologies (MS Project, SharePoint).

Strong verbal and written communication.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Software Development Lifecycle process preferred.

PMP certification preferred.

Other:

This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.
