Bridal Salon Assistant (Winnetka)

Couture bridal salon located on the North Shore of Chicago is looking for a part-time assistant. We are looking for someone reliable and punctual that truly enjoys working with people. Weekend availability is a must!

This position requires assisting with bridal appointments, building customer relationships and ensuring that gowns and accessories are stocked and appropriately displayed.

Responsibilities:

> Demonstrating extraordinary service.

> Displaying a professional image reflective of our values and aesthetic.

> Building a relationship of trust and honesty to provide an exceptional experience.

> Following up with brides for initial appointments and service follow up.

> Assisting with cleanup and organization to maintain salon neat at all times.

Requirements:

> Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

> Possesses strong assessment and decision-making skills.

> Reliable and punctual.

> Organized and detail oriented.

> Professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

> Supports weekly shop objectives and duties.

> Participates in shop keeping, creating a visually compelling store that is neat, clean & organized.

> Upholds all Company Policy and Procedures.

6 months bridal or fashion experience preferred.

Please note that this is a

part-time independent contractor position (+/- 10hrs week). No benefits. Competitive pay. Excellent as a second income.

Required education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
