A health services network in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Lead Architect for a great Hybrid role where they will be focusing on Active Directory Operations.
Responsibilities: The Lead Architect (Hybrid) - Active Directory Operations will:- Serve as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting
- Work with MSP to set priorities and ensure timely resolution of requests and trouble tickets
- Proactively monitor all systems in the Active Directory domain to ensure maximum performance, efficiency and availability
- Validate system upgrades and patches when required
- Upgrade system software and hardware components as required to meet business needs
- Ensure upgrades are occurring in accordance with established parameters
- Provide appropriate user support as assigned
- Implement and troubleshoot Certificate Authorities, DNS, DHCP, ADFS and other core Windows components
- Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps
- Assist with the installation and configuration of the Active Directory network components
- Provide technical assistance pertaining to Active Directory & SSO (Azure AD/ADFS) in planning and development of new projects
- Recommend and implement improvements to the Active Directory & Azure AD environment
- Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and system groups
- Assist in the planning and implementation of Active Directory upgrades and new releases
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Architect
- Bachelor's Degree
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory/Towers and Office 365 stack
- Experience with Azure Active Directory - provisioning users in Azure cloud, syncing users from on-prem to cloud
- Experience Azure Active Directory Domain Services - design thru implementation
- Experience with ADFS/MS-SSO/MFA
- Experience Azure Active Directory Connect
- Experience with Windows Server 2000 to 2019 and Windows security
- Experience with AWS managed AD.
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
