Mortgage Field Inspector (Allegany County)

National inspection company seeking motivated Field Inspectors. Currently seeking individual contractors or inspection companies to service Allegany county.

Basic requirements include: reliable transportation, Iphone or Android device, computer with fast internet connection, printer, self motivation and good time management skills.

The contract details are to provide property condition photos, and determine the occupancy status of the subject property on a monthly basis. Payments for completed work are issued twice per month by Direct Deposit. This is 1099, contract work.
