- 4+ years’ experience in Information Systems
- 3+ years’ experience in a hardware asset management focused role required (below bullets encompass hardware asset management in more detail)
- Experience with processing purchase requisitions/POs for hardware using an ERP system
- Experience with contacting vendors and hardware vendors for model and specs
- Experience with working with IS teams on promoting the validation and approval of new hardware standards
- Experience with contacting vendors on status of open orders
- ServiceNow ticket management experience preferred
- Strong ability to effectively and concisely communicate (oral and written) with multiple levels of the organization (internally and externally)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with little supervision
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with good interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and shows ability to follow up with multiple vendors
