Front desk medical spa receptionist - Bilingual (Houston)

Medispa Institute (www.medispainstitute.com) is looking for a friendly, detail and sales-oriented bilingual, Vietnamese-English speaking front desk receptionist for our medical spa in the Hong Kong City Mall IV in Southwest Houston.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys smiling and helping people. We’re looking for someone who enjoys looking good and helping our patients look good. You will need to learn about facial products and how to take care of your skin, about our range of services, and how to recommend services to specific patients.

Your main job duties will include answering phones, making appointments, answering clients questions when they walk in, and checking patients in and out for their procedures. As part of the check-in process, you will help patients sign consent forms, and prep the procedure rooms. You will also take patient photos before the procedure and load them up to the computer. After the procedure, you will check patients out at our cash register. There will be other minor office-related duties and chores, like sweeping, wiping down the counters, tidying up the rooms, doing laundry, and dumping trash at the end of the day.

Covid-19 update: We have taken every precaution possible to protect our employees and clients. A UV disinfecting system has been installed in our HVAC unit so that all circulated air is continuously disinfected. Rooms are installed with HEPA filters. Employees are given masks, face shields and gloves. Our safety protocols include: checking client temperatures, requesting hand sanitization prior to entering, masks worn at all times, sanitizing rooms and restrooms after every use, and more. You will not find a safer work environment.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual and speak Vietnamese AND English fluently

Part time/Full Time opening

Minimum high school diploma

Previous work experience preferred

Customer service /Sales experience a plus

Must be able to work on weekends

Computer experience is a must.

Pay rate, $10-13/hour, plus sales incentives/bonuses, depending on experience
