RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in Atlanta, GA.REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of experience for Senior PM role 2 - 3 years of experience for the PM Interested in candidates who have supported ERP upgrades/enhancements Experience working with cross functional teams, supporting Stakeholders (3), and working with dependencies Experience with Dependency management; Evaluate and process (route, refine, decline, add to roadmap) enhancement requests; Planning and coordination of product requirements, priorities, and designs Experience with Retro Specs Experience writing User Stories Hosting Product demos Experience with Product roadmapsMost Important to the Managers:Experience managing a backlog: Are you writing User Stories Agile/Scrum Experience Experience running Agile rituals/ceremonies/sprints Experience with API Experience with TestingCommunication/Executive Presence: Presentation experience; Ability to communicate value added; Knowing your audience and tailoring communication appropriately Proactive; Naturally curioinvestigative; Escalates items when needed Takes proactive steps to avoid potentially risks or issuesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
