WELL DRILLER APPRENTICE/HELPER (Janesville)

20.00 -35.00 Per Hour (NO experience necessary)

Insurance requires age 25 or older & MUST have a current drivers license, clean driving record and your own means of transportation.

DRILLER'S HELPER DUTIES DURING DRILLING OPERATIONS: Shovel Drill Cuttings/Fluid Away from the drill rig, assist driller with submitting/removal of drill steel & well casing throughout the drilling process, stick weld steel well casing, unload/load drilling materials, drive Dodge 5500 support water truck, assist in directing driver of drill rig into place when mobilizing to drilling sites, fill water truck, maintain fuel within equipment, tow loaded trailers to job sites, draw drill cutting samples & anything else needed to assist in drilling operations.

SHOP DUTIES: Operate forklift (will train) to load/unload well casing and other materials, unload and put away materials after each drilling job, stage materials for upcoming jobs, pressure wash equipment, detail all equipment, minor maintenance to all trucks/equipment(oil changes, grease hydraulics, etc.), basic yard/shop maintenance (mowing, pull weeds, spray weeds, etc.).
