The OpportunityDelaware Norths Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a full time Bar Supervisor at Hub Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Bar Supervisor, you will partner with leaders and peers to deliver the highest levels of service to our guests.Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 / hourFull Time Employee Total Rewards Package: Delaware North believes in a total rewards package that helps us recruit and retain the best associates in the industry. Refer someone who is successfully hired into this role for 15 hours worked and receive a $200 referral bonus.ResponsibilitiesAssist Manager with staff schedule, ordering, receiving, drink menu ideation.

Assists with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.

Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting associate-counseling sessions.

Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume.

Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs.

Analyze and resolve problems, seeking assistance if needed from management.

Ensure venue is adequately stocked with all product and supplies needed for service.

Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.

Assist bartending associates in serving guests as business levels demand.

Ensure personnel meet appearance standards and follow all uniform guidelines.

QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age.

Minimum of 1 year successful supervisory or management experience, preferablly in a bar or restaurant setting.

Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues preferred.

Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.

Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Strong verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills.

Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required.

Physical RequirementsAbility to lift or carry 50 pounds.

Ability to engage in constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.

Ability to walk throughout the entire facility, for the entire length of shift.

Possible exposure to high volume of noise during busy times.

May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season.
