CNA'S/HHA'S NEEDED (AMHERST)

Integra Home Health is seeking Certified Nurse’s Assistants and Home Health Aides to act as 24-hour care aides

for our Private Duty Home Care Agency.

We provide services to elderly in assisted living facilities, senior housing communities, as well as private residences.

We are looking for individuals willing to work as our main contacts for 24-hour overnight shifts. Work availability depends on client need;

however, other daytime and shorter shifts, as well as transportation services, are available for those who would like more hours.

Essential job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assistance with nursing care per the client’s Care Plan, including skin care, bathing assistance,

medication reminders, among others

- Maintaining a clean and safe home environment for the client by providing light housekeeping,

cleaning and changing bed linens, and cleaning the bathroom/kitchen

- Transportation of client to appointments or other activities outside the home, when permitted

- Council with Agency nurses and client’s Care Manager about client’s condition,

and about adjustments to client’s Care Plan when necessary

Applicants must:

- Be at least 18 years old

- Have proper documentation to work in the U.S.

- Be a Home Health Aide and able to demonstrate competency of HHA duties

- Be able to read, write, and speak English

- Have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license

- Be willing to work as a team with Agency nurses and supervisors, as well as work with clients

of differing backgrounds, health status, and living arrangements

- Be able to pass a CORI check, as well as a drug test
