Insulation/ Airsealing crew chief (spencer, ma)

We are looking for an individual with experience working under the Mass Save program, low-income, or multifamily program. You should know how to remove and re-install siding, dense pack walls, blow attics, air seal, and prep an attic. Must be Comfortable on a ladder. You must have a drivers license and be able to pass a background check.

We offer unlimited hours, time and a half after 40, 401k, life insurance and Top pay for the right individual.
