Potential understanding of MA EOM functionalities. Efficient knowledge on integration of EOM with other components for a productive solution. Good experience on EOM/MDA configuration Act as primary support lead and should be able to independently support medium, to large sized customers Analyze and proactively troubleshoot and resolve more moderately to high complex issues Key activities include client management,issues priortization,issue resolution,testing ,solution delivery,expectation management and client communication Define client needs and develop plan for delivery of solutions .Perform detailed design for customers Suggest product improvement based on customer feedback Plan and execute moderately complex projects
