Partner with internal stakeholders and business units to develop and drive a prioritized roadmap of critical capabilities from concept to customer to meet strategic objectives. Define and gain alignment on MVP experiences by researching options and assessing trade-offs to propose optimal MVP features deliverable within desired timelines. Work with technology to outline architecture and process changes needed to support delivery. Determine resources needed across teams along with dependencies in tandem with PMO to develop execution delivery. Oversee broad cross-functional team responsible for delivering MVP from product and tech development through testing stages and release. Create and coordinate creation of training, service and support materials. Develop future based strategic objectives and experiences by envisioning new opportunities using data on existing experiences as well as competitive intelligence. Must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, or as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or a related position. Must have seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience with all of the following: Agile methodologies; ADA Compliance and WIA-ARIA Standards for website design; eNPS Market Measurement tool to gauge customer feedback and provide solutions to issues identified as high customer pain-points; HP Quality Center tool for defect management as a tracking mechanism during project life-cycles; Survey market landscape to identify solution insights, direction, vendors, and methods. Must have four (4) years of experience with: product management; products and regulatory environment; operational workflows; design web applications in conformity with American Disability Act; Collaborate with technical writers to generate internal and external client-oriented documentation; Tealeaf Digital Performance Optimization tool to gain insight into website user experience and understand the impact of online transaction failures; Using Adobe Analytics to understand trends on mobile app and create performance modules that help drive decisions on future features.
