Mow Crew Members (Creve Coeur)

We are hiring extra help for the season and can use an experienced mowing crew member!

Start Date will be ASAP. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.

As Mowing Crew Member you will be responsible for mowing as assigned to route, through proper training of Maintenance Team Members on performing Contracted, Non-Contracted Mowing efficiently and safely while delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure quality of all work is met & customer expectations are exceeded.

Completion of all scheduled work in various weather conditions and ability to work some Saturdays as needed.

Following routed work for day / week and completion and approval of daily time sheets.

Proactive communication & positive business relationships with all Team Members.

Effectively assure targeted number of assigned maintenance jobs are met with efficiency and highest quality of workmanship.

Follow up of all property damage with Mowing Manager to assure all information needed to repair damages and ensure client resolution are met.

Promote excellent customer service, integrity and professionalism.

Attendance at company and department meetings as required.

Assist in representing company at various events, organizations and associations for networking and keeping up on the latest industry trends, new equipment and products.

Qualifications

Basic foundation in landscape Horticulture and maintenance and turf management, snow management.

Time management and organizational sills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Valid Driver’s License (MO Class E)

Required Experience

Prior experience in Lawn Care Maintenance preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
