Receptionist, Part Time, Optometry $18

We are looking for someone who is pleasant on the phone, a team player, and has the ability to multitask. We are an established private optometry office in Bellevue. Your duties would include making appointments, check in, check out, and you would learn the ins and outs of the insurances that we accept. We offer training to the right candidate. Previous reception work is desired, and computer skills are required.

Personality, friendliness, attention to detail, and punctuality are primarily what we are looking for. You will be the first and last impression of our office, so the ability to smile and talk pleasantly to put the patient at ease while he/she is waiting is important! This position is for about 22 hours per week working Monday, Thursday, and Friday 8:45 am-5:00 pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
