Work you'll doAs a Solution Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on projects leveraging your business-related degree to help our clients more confidently make decisions to drive performance. You will help our clients embrace change, grow their business, accelerate performance, and navigate periods of crisis or controversy and emerge resilient.The type of work you focus on will be influenced by your office placement and business needs. Projects may be aligned to the following areas and include:Accounting & Internal Controls: Helping clients advance transparency, relevance, and the quality of information disclosed to the markets and investors so that they can meet regulatory and attestation requirements. You'll support clients and business unit finance leaders in solving complex financial accounting and reporting issues enabled by digital technologies.

Regulatory & Forensic Investigations: Assisting with compiling, analyzing, and documenting facts for matters under investigation or in litigation and helping clients manage and respond to internal and external investigations, regulatory concerns, litigation, and other business controversy. Supporting clients with their most pressing regulatory and operational challenges. Helping them to identify, remediate, monitor, and manage enterprise risks and create value through implementing a compliant, resilient enterprise

QualificationsRequired: Undergraduate or Master's degrees in the following majors will be considered:

Accounting or related degree. A concentration in management information systems, business analytics or other business technology related areas is a plus

Technology related degree such as Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Science/Management and Math

A strong understanding of Windows-based applications including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to travel up to 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred: Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.0 or above)

Relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs)

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This wage range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 to $65,000.
