Hiring Framers (Buncombe County)

We are looking for some framers to expand our team.

This company specializes in high quality production framing. Due to the fact that our techniques differ so drastically from other framing companies in the area, we would prefer less experienced candidates, yet people who know how to use, and are comfortable with rough carpentry tools.

You ABSOULTELY MUST HAVE:

- A valid driver's license, and vehicle. Considerations MAY be made for candidates who can get a ride to work every day, but probably not. I will not be picking anyone up.

- You must be able to produce two pieces of mail with your current address.

- You must have a tool belt, containing the tools that I ask, and a drill set. I would prefer if you had a cordless saw that was capable of handling the rigors of framing, but it's not completely necessary.

- You must be able to be on time, and to work long hours. We're thinking of going to four tens, with the option to work extra hours on Friday if you prove to be someone who can be trusted with tasks on your own.

Precedent will be given to applicants who show an overt interest in framing and building science, or applicants who are familiar with the works of Larry Haun, Will Holladay, or Mike Geurtin.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
