Handyman Skilled WANTED (Garfield/Maple)

Seeking an experienced skilled general handyman who can do just about any repair task! Looking for someone who can make a repairs to homes both single and two family properties. Various other tasks may entail general resident requested repairs and emergencies situations as well do arise. In some instances there is a city violation or residents requests list as a typical guideline of repairs and maintenance to made. Other jobs may involve tenant move-out where the house needs to be brought back to re-rental condition and made turn key: repainting, doors reattached, light fixtures replaced, smoke detectors, screen door pumps, items reattached all the way to general leaks. The homes are located within Garfield Heights, Maple Heights, Parma, Lakewood, and various other locations. Must have own tools and transportation a must! Must pass background check.
