Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide first line support for incoming tickets, service calls, and support requests
Assist Engineers with installing a wide variety of hardware including workstations, laptops, switches, and other networking and office equipment as necessary
Offer on-site, telephone, and remote support to customers as needed
Update active tickets and documentation systems accurately and thoroughly with all applicable details
Support Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, O365 tenants, and an array other business software
Qualifications
High level of support knowledge for desktop operating systems especially Windows 10
Extensive experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing PC / Server hardware, especially Dell systems
Patience and experience in working with non-technical users
Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with callers and on-site clients
Strong oral and written communication skills essential
Outstanding Customer Service attitude and the ability to work with users of a wide variety of technical backgrounds
Must be able to pass a background check
Driver’s license and two years of clean driving history

Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment but also complete tasks and work independently without micro management
Capacity to continually work on and track multiple tasks simultaneously while subject to occasional interruptions
Exceptionally strong ability to follow-through with assigned tasks
