Senior Java Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client in Atlanta, Georgia (GA) is seeking to hire a remote Senior Java Developer.Summary:This group supports COM (customer order management) which handles all the orders that are made at the company from the .COM to in store pickup. Senior Java Developer will specifically be supporting the -purchase orders- application which handles all the special orders that come through that are to be shipped to vendors or to the stores directly. The purchase orders can be related to any product in the store. This team also processes the returns and makes sure that they are refunded appropriately and distributed to downstream systems.REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years of java experience Strong background with Java and Spring Boot; This team is all backend development building microservices from scratch Spring 5.2 and Spring Boot 2.2 framework knowledge Heavy messaging experience (Kafka) Databases - (Oracle, Cassandra, Elastic Search, Redis) Some form of cloud (Using Google Cloud Platform) Java 11 knowledge is a plus (Java 8 required) Lead experience is a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
