As a result, we are currently looking to expand our team by bringing on board new leaders with the commitment and drive to help our clients succeed.We are currently seeking a highly motivated Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis (FP&A) client workstreams at large banks and/or insurance companies using Anaplan. Additionally, they will support business development activities on strategic and priority accounts.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Manager in our Anaplan practice you will be expected to Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A) project workstreams at large banks and/or insurance companies. Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client and EY expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget. Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, leading and motivating project teams, monitoring and managing project risks, managing client and EY key stakeholders, and successfully delivering client solutions. Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client relations, understanding client needs and EY solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to EY leadership, and helping develop client opportunities.Skills and attributes for successYou will have previous Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations. Experience leading finance / FP&A workstream efforts. Documenting requirements and processes (e.g., process flows). Working collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have experience working in a team environment and exhibit leadership skills. You will possess excellent communication skills and an inclination to bond with the customer to provide an outstanding service delivery experience.To qualify for the role you must haveMinimum of 3 years of experience in the banking and/or insurance industry

Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience, providing advisory services. Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and management reporting areas preferred.

Other beneficial experience includes stress forecasting, management reporting, regulatory reporting, and/or related technology implementations.

B.A. / B.S. degree

Ideally, you'll also haveFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Experience:FP&A experience, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (e.g., income statement forecasting, balance sheet forecasting, capital forecasting, aggregation, driver-based forecasting)

Financial services industry experience (e.g., retail banking, commercial banking, capital markets, life insurance, property and casualty insurance) Preferred but not required

Experience Anaplan implementing data and other technology solutions (e.g., Hyperion Planning, IBM Cognos TM1, SAP BPC)

Anaplan Experience:Requirements:Minimum Credentials Required: Level 2 Model Building Certification

Master Anaplanner certification and/or significant work experience driving development using Anaplan in complex business environments

Technical:Ability to configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions and other model settings

Strong hands-on experience building and supporting complex forecast and planning models

Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling

Ability to translate from model-building in Excel to multi-dimensional technologies.

Experience with full system implementation life-cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support)

Expert skills of Excel spreadsheet modeling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts etc.

Technical design and development experience using various use cases preferred.

Functional:Partner with cross-functional teams to identify needs, understand existing models, and translate that info into efficiently-built Anaplan models.

Experience with Financial Forecasting

Experience overseeing model build activities for multiple workstreams while working with client team(s)
