The role performs a variety of administrative and professional work duties involving the planning, coordination, and managing of various business projects and the administering, monitoring, and analysis of programs and initiatives. This role works with multiple key stakeholders working collaboratively to support the goals and objectives of the business.This role supports programs and projects within Deloitte's Business Services/Office Experience Center of Excellent team (see below description under "The team.") Areas of focus for this role include: customer experience (for in-office Deloitte professionals, guests and clients); office services (e.g. mail, print, client tax document processing); onboarding, training, and change management; and internal greening and sustainability programs/initiatives.As a Program Specialist you will: Assist with program development/management including: monitoring performance, effectiveness, and efficiency; development of policies, process, and procedures; analysis and performance improvement efforts; and other administrative duties to support the program's goals and objectives

Support the planning and execution for strategic or specified business projects including: data gathering/analysis, development of deliverables, managing documentation support, logistics, performance tracking, and general monitoring and reporting

Review program operations for compliance and inform management of deviations (often involving gathering data and writing and preparing summary reports of findings)

Perform detailed/ad hoc analyses of both qualitative and quantitative information

Assist with meeting support and preparation including creation of business presentations

Prepare reports and research using statistical and narrative data for communications/presentations to project managers/leadership

Participate in a variety of special projects, studies, and related activities regarding business operations and general program management duties

At Deloitte, the Office Experience team (known internally as "One Team") provides a full range of hospitality and business services. We help our Deloitte professionals with daily office support needs, meeting and event planning and execution, and an array of other services related to office operations and facility management. Our team members work collaboratively and apply their specialized knowledge and skills to think proactively to provide a holistic customer-centric "experience" for our Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests.The Office Experience Center of Excellence (CoE) drives the strategy and innovation behind many aspects within Office Experience. The CoE works across all offices and with key stakeholders to help elevate and improve services and programs; drive consistency; and adopt innovated processes and technology solutions to enhance the in-office experience, executed by One Team professionals within our Deloitte facilities. QualificationsRequired: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related area

Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to work virtually with colleagues

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet aggressive deliverable due dates and tasks with quick turnaround times

Project management mindset - ability to understand scope, create timelines and deliver on time and on budget

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work overtime, when needed

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

Experience working within business operations

Experience within the areas of focus for role (i.e. hospitality/customer service; office services (as listed above); office security and life safety; digital communications; greening and sustainability

Excellent consultative, communication, and interpersonal skills

Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills

Project management certification

Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
