Job Description

Based in Frankfurt, Germany, you will report into the Sales Director - Central Europe, working in a dynamic, innovative and fast paced environment. You will be responsible for business development team in the UCaaS environment. Providingleadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the Company’s vision and values.

Key Tasks

  • Leading the sales activities, identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to realise short and long-term revenue objectives
  • Achieve consistent sales growth through positive planning, development and management of the UCaaS Business Development Team.
  • Responsible for the recruitment and direct management of BDMs, providing mentorship, guidance and support to ensure that objectives are consistently met monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the Business Development team to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Work in partnership with the Sales Director, Central Europein ensuring sales growth offering UCaaS (Microsoft & Cisco solutions) to commercial and enterprise clients
  • Promote good working relationships with our Technology partners and the NTT group companies to ensure consistent sales success across the NTT partner community
  • Supply regular reporting on team progress, generated pipeline and sales performance
  • Review and analyse market trends to increase the NTT Cloud Communications market position
  • Work closely with the various go to market business units to ensure success of programmes and initiatives across the UK
  • Conduct one-on-one review with BDMs to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.
  • Analysis of sales & KPI figures leading to the potential adaption of sales strategy and activities
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Key to success

  • Achieve or surpass BD team’s revenue/ACV targets.
  • Present our values in onsite-visits to prospects and to our customers.
  • Excellent product-knowledge and a pretty good technical understanding is key for the role.
  • Experienced leadership skills is a must have to bring the team to success.
  • Excellent presentation skills to customers and to NTT Senior Management is another important value to have.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a tech sales company.
  • Good understanding of Unified Communications Solutions as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Teams. Familiar with Cisco WebEx, Cloud Voice Solutions.
  • Demonstrable successful sales track record with either:UC (preferably MSFT & Cisco), Telephony (Hosted or Traditional), Video Conferencing or other collaboration solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions (SaaS) and large, complex organisations
  • Genuine and demonstrable passion for people development and talent management
  • Key attributes associated with this role include being innovative, dynamic, forward thinking, energetic, enthusiastic and driven
  • Demonstrable track record of creating and managing high performance sales teams
  • Able to articulate vision, solutions and concepts to senior executives within customers & prospects
  • Results driven whilst being able to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Executive engagement with C level executives in customer relationships
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and verbal)
