We have the infrastructure to offer continuous Leadership Development and Professional Growth.The Aftermarket National Account Manager is responsible for developing business and sales growth of specifically assigned National Accounts, soliciting offerings, bids, and pricing on parts and labor.Rush Enterprises, Inc. opens the door to the world of opportunity. Call on National Accounts corporate offices to promote RUSH as a network of dealers, and local “ship to” locations as needed to grow business. Solicits special RUSH and OEM offerings, bids, and nationwide pricing on parts and labor.

Work with local Rush Truck Centers to bridge relationships with your NA and our dealers.

Call on National Accounts with the greatest match up to RUSH existing footprint; may be a large regional account crossing over several RUSH regions.

Work with OEM’s, VP Aftermarket, VP Parts, and VP Service to ensure NA account competitiveness.

Work with reciprocating RUSH National Account Truck Sales Managers to assist in promoting the benefits of buying from RUSH, promoting the network and service after the sale.

Stay aware of local Accounts (ship to) turnover, and ensures those accounts assigned are aware of the Rush partnership, to include introducing NA program regularly.

Attend industry specific trade shows, joins industry specific organizations, for the purpose of prospecting new business, and to maintain market segment specific relationships.

Contribute to the NA budgeting process, assist in setting NA sales goals, ultimate responsibility to achieve the NA sales goals by Account.

Maintain CRM usage for assigned accounts, to include updated profiles of all “ship to” locations.

Maintain updated list of top 200 fastest moving parts (numbers) for RUSH price strategy, especially those accounts requiring bid submissions (RFQ).

Basic Qualifications and Attributes:

10 years of National Account Executive Leadership.

Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
