Customer Service Specialist (Waunakee)

We have an opportunity for a new addition to our team. We are looking for a candidate that can bring their passion for helping others, along with professionalism, personable customer service skills and a warm welcoming smile. Duties include greeting and working directly with patients, answering multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, taking contact lens orders, and general customer service. Experience not necessary, but would be a plus. We will train the right candidate. Customer service skills a MUST. Candidate will be required to work 2 Saturday mornings 7:30am-12pm per month and 1 evening until 7:30pm.
