Van Route Driver

Job Description

As a part-time Van Route Driverfor NAPA, your focus is on getting our stores their restocking ordersat the right times. This route consists of travel to 2 stores in the northern half of our North Dakota operations. Position is based out of Fargo-Moorhead with hours from approximately 9 AM to 2:30 PM (or until route is complete) Monday-Friday-no weekends or holidays. CDL is not required

Responsibilities

• Work cohesively with other team members in a multi-store environment
• Care and responsiveness while driving and delivering our parts
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Adhere to a strict delivery schedule
• Communicate in a timely manner with managers about delays or discrepancies

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Be able to operate equipment such as a forklift or a pallet jack
• Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary
• Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
• Strength to lift 60 lbs of merchandise
• Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets including merchandise and vehicles
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Flexibility in schedule
• Valid driver's license with: No DWI convictions within the past four years
• No more than two moving violations AND/OR fault accidents in the last four years
