Position Summary: The Service Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Account manager and will work with our customers, vendors and employees to complete repair service orders and projects while providing the highest level of customer service.

Starting Salary 12-14 per hours

Communication Skills:

Effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external clients

Documents Clients and vendors activities thoroughly and accurately

Follow up with customer service location and vendor or company to ensure that the call was completed satisfactory

Analytical Skills:

Critical Thinker and ability to exercise independent judgment

Additional Duties:

Receive maintenance repair calls, email and faxes from customers

Work with Account Manager on resolution of exceptions/problem repair calls

timely dispatched maintenance repair calls to vendor or company employees

Manage complex client projects from beginning to successful completion

Follow up with clients to confirm work orders and projects are completed in timely and satisfactory manner

make appropriate vendor decision on behalf of the client quickly and effectively

POSITION SUMMARY: The Service Dispatcher will process work orders efficiently and accurately while providing excellent customer service to client and vendors in a team environment.

DUTIES:

Provide excellent customer service.

Process work orders efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner

Communicate with service providers and client locations, to ensure work order status, receive quotes and updates are accurate.

Follow established guidelines for operating procedures, quality and productivity.

Effectively respond to and follow up on job/task commitments.

Consistently meet or exceed commitments, with a focus on quick turnaround.

Prioritize and accomplish work in an organized manner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

The ability to multitask and problem-solve.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to quickly learn and navigate work order software programs.

Previous dispatching or customer service experience.
