Overnight Companion/Caregiver (Boulder)

Overnight Companion/Caregiver for 37-year-old adult male with mild autism and intermittent insomnia. A twelve-hour shift which is flexible, three to five (3-5) nights a week. Responsibilities include making sure individual has food if awake during the night, listening to music, using iPad, watching movie, being available while he is asleep, etc. No physical disabilities.

Immediate needs would include companionship and verbal prompting for Activities of Daily Living including those related to personal hygiene, taking a walk during daylight hours, or other forms of exercise. Early morning risers and Night Owls welcome!

Prefer individuals knowledgable of Boulder and Colorado. MUST pass background check. MUST have clean driving record.

Prior similar experience and education are preferred. Compassion, motivation, ethics, and patience are essential. Compensation will be discussed upon meeting.
