SR. LEVEL NETWORK TECHNICIAN (Stuart, FL)

MIS Consulting has an employment opportunity for a senior level network technician. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day technical needs of MIS's client base and is not a remote support position. Candidates must be knowledgeable in the required skills listed below, professional in appearance, honest and dependable. MIS operates in a team-structured approach for supporting clients and resolving issues in a pleasant, honest and stress-free work environment. Duties are performed in office, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Required Skills:

5+ years overall network engineering / consulting background

Server Administration 2008/2012/2016/2019

Microsoft Exchange 2007/10/13/16 and Active Directory knowledge

Office 365

Network and Active Directory domain migrations

Virtualization experience (VMware)

Firewall and IPSec VPN experience

Disaster Recovery Planning

Strong Customer Service skills

Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely fashion to client, management and other team members

Desired Skills:

Technical Certifications

Cisco Router/Switch Programming

Watchguard Router Programming

VoIP Experience

MSSQL Administration

Desired Education:

2-year degree acceptable, can be substituted with military or work experience
