ATC, Inc. is looking for a full time Service Advisor that is willing to work rotating 1st and 2nd shift. No direct service advisor experience is necessary as the right person will be trained. The candidate must possess the following:
-Customer service skills.
-Computer skills which will include, the ability to type quickly and spell correctly. Familiar with Windows Office, Outlook, etc.
-Good communication skills, both oral and written.
-Outgoing-enjoys being of service to others.
-Enjoys working with and being around others.
The primary duties of this position are as follows:
-Greet all customers in a professional manner as they enter the service area.
-Answer telephone service inquiries.
-Make sure to get full customer and unit information including-name, address and phone number along with the make, model, year, color, VIN number and mileage.
-Keep customers updated with repairs throughout the process and notify of changes or completion.
-Utilize system schedule to keep record of all current and upcoming repair appointments.
-Work with customer portals to obtain PO's and submit work for payment.
-Write up complete and detailed work orders.
-Close out work orders in detail.

Please note that this position is hiring for rotating 1st and 2nd shifts (2 weeks on 1st shift and 2 weeks on 2nd shift). The hours for 1st shift are 7am-4pm and 2nd shifts hours of 3:30pm-12am Monday-Friday work week.
We are a 24/7 service call provider and the ability to take phones over the weekend are a plus if needed.
