Customer Service Rep/Inside Sales (Baltimore)

We are a large wholesale distributor of pool supplies with locations in the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep/Inside Sales Associate to join our team in our Baltimore branch location.

The Customer Service Rep will primarily be responsible for pool kits and liners. He/she will also answer customer calls; handle customer files; file orders and customer quotes; maintain customer order tracking; assist vendors, manufacturers and other distributors with product information, ensure all relationships with existing and potential customers are maintained and take orders. In addition, the associate will pull orders, receive in product and check outgoing orders for accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have computer knowledge including solid experience with Excel, strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to handle more than one task at a time. Experience in distribution, customer service and/or the pool industry is desirable. Please attach resume with contact information when responding.
