Responsibilities
Ensure customers receive courteous and effective service by phone and in the dealership; while effectively managing expectations of those waiting for your attention.
Using Appointment Manager to schedule service appointments accordingly.
Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience and increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
Greet all customers in the service drive in a prompt and friendly manner; using WiAdvisor go over each step of the write up process with the customer.
Using Dashboard ensuring all customers receive their multi-point inspection reports; including accurate estimates for all recommended services.
Ensure repairs are completed on schedule. Verify final invoice reconciles with the work performed and quote given. Explain all completed work to customer. Follow up with customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
Use daily log book; recording all repair orders and following up daily with customers.
Qualifications
2 years experience as a Service Advisor (CDK and WiAdvisor experience a plus)
Must posess excellent organizational skills
Must be dependable employee
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Willingness to work as a team
Professional appearance and work ethic
Ability to work well in a process driven environment
