A family-owned export logistics company is seeking a friendly professional administrative assistant for logistics operations and general office administrative duties
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated team player.
Background check is required.
JOB Requirements:
Excellent writing and oral communication skills and proficiency in English and Spanish.
Be detail-oriented and willing and able to understand and follow directions.
Strong desktop computer skills
Microsoft Office (excluding requirement)
Be able to quickly learn and be proficient in the use of new applications.
Must be organized and have the ability to multitask and prioritize. Experience with making airway bills, filing SED'S and being Magaya Cargo System software savvy is a plus.
Must be able to work with customers, and suppliers and in coordinating domestic and international air/ocean export shipments documentation.
Hours are 9-5 pm but must be willing to stay to finish anything left pending.
Have at least 1-year of experience.
