LEAD OPERATION MANAGER WITH FRESH START MAINTENANCE INC. / NOW HIRING!

We are looking for a qualified professional, with extensive experience in the Landscaping Field, to lead our operations department.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the crews have what they need to complete each job properly.

- Have experience in repairing landscaping equipment.

- Valid Drivers License (Must know how to back up a dump truck & trailer).

- 10 years’ experience in the field of Supervisory Landscaping.

- BE A FAST LEARNER!

- Have problem solving abilities. For example, if we have crew members missing for the day, the Manager must be able to rearrange the schedule and crews to complete the assigned jobs. If that means he / she must drive the crew truck or work with the crew for the day to complete, then that’s what they must do.

- Ensure the properties are 100% up to standards.

- Complete rollcall in the morning.

- Ensure the Crew Supervisors are performing their job to standards.

- Motivate and create a teamwork atmosphere.

- Arrive at 6:15am to ensure the equipment is ready to go for the day.

- Inspect the properties and correct any deficiencies that might occur.

- Manage 25 Personnel (4x Crews)
