PDC is currently accepting applications for the role of licensed dental assistant in our busy, growing general dental practice. Successful candidates will be friendly and outgoing, possess extraordinary interpersonal skills, and be detail-oriented. We invite you to join Dr. Penz and team as we provide honest, personalized, and quality general dental care to our patients.

Our mission is to build relationships with our patients and community through quality dentistry. This position plays a pivotal role in this mission by caring for patients from the moment they are greeted and escorted to the dental chair until the completion of their procedure. This position includes chairside assisting during dental procedures, working with vendors to order supplies, oversight of sterilization procedures, and more. Qualified candidates must be licensed by the Minnesota Board of Dentistry. Familiarity with Open Dental is beneficial but not required.

This is an hourly, full-time position with benefits including dental health coverage, paid time off, and paid holidays.
