On-Call Caregiver/CNAs needed immediately!

Synergy HomeCare is currently offering a unique opportunity for experienced caregivers and/or CNA’s to work fill-in shifts during the week in an on-call capacity, providing care for clients in homes throughout St. Louis County and Jefferson County. Caregivers must be able to work with animals including cats and dogs in homes, and must be able to work with clients who may smoke in their homes.

Duties include being on-call from Monday morning at 7:00 AM through Friday evening at 8:00 PM. Employees must not be regularly scheduled for any shifts during this time frame.

Requirements for on-call duty:

1.) You must answer all phone calls from Synergy administrative staff during the on-call hours (Monday at 7:00 AM through Friday at 8:00 PM).

2.) You must accept all fill-in assignments and be able to arrive at any assigned location within 90 minutes.

3.) You must have a valid drivers license, a reliable vehicle available to you at any time, and current car insurance.

Compensation for on-call duty is anywhere from $10-$17 per hour and is based on the client needs. Compensation will be paid bi-weekly per the company-provided payroll schedule.
