Steady 40+ hours every week, we have an abundance of work all year, and offer up to $7,000 of winter month income. No previous industry experience required. You will be rewarded for hard work and have great opportunity to grow, no ceiling and no income cap. Enjoyable outdoor and indoor work. Responsibilities:

· Clean residential windows using proper squeegee techniques, daily appointments set for you to follow

· Outstanding, professional customer service inside and outside of luxury homes, face to face interaction with homeowners, children, personal belongings

· 8-10 hours per day, walking, standing, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 60lbs. Lift and climb ladders and work up to 29 feet above ground

· Meet or exceed daily standards for safety, quality, productivity

· Work outside in all types of weather including: hot, humid, cold, wind, light rain or snow

Qualifications:

· No prior window cleaning experience required- we train you

· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving and background check

· Good balance and hand-eye coordination, strength, endurance, safety consciousness

· Family-friendly, professional appearance and demeanor, meticulous, service-oriented

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Positive, teachable, honest, trustworthy

· Problem solving while under pressure, resourcefulness
