Right Now Home Care looking for RN! (Haddon Township)

Right Now Home Care an established Home Care company is coming to South Jersey. We are in need of an experienced, New Jersey State Licensed RN who will be a good fit for the great services we will be offering to the community.

The RN duties that will need to be performed are as followed:

- Provide monthly visits to comply with the quality of care for each patients

- Use detailed skills to evaluate patient needs and formulate a plan of care. Revises outcomes and interventions based on results of ongoing evaluation, collaborating with both the patient and members of the care team

- Be the lead nurse for the current group of Home Health Aides

- Make sure HHA’s are following the plan of care in accordance with state regulations

-Identifies patients who may require more intensive services; provides additional outreach and frequent follow up (by phone and in-person)

- Perform a detailed intake on new clients that want to receive services for the first time
